As mentioned by the another reviewer, I also encountered a few situations where to specified screws in the instructions were too short, which forced me to search thru my collection of surplus parts from previous builds in order to complete the assembly. I also encountered a situation where 2 critical parts associated with the rear legs were missing. However, I contacted the seller thru text chat, and they forwarded the missing pieces. All in all, I enjoined the challenge and the end result is a nice metal sculpture.
This was the 53rd metal model kit I have assembled and one of the most difficult although the difficulty was not in the build but in the instructions, and some of the materials, I have not had to dive into my spare parts as much with any other model. I had to replace screws when the ones called out were too short. The "earring" pieces that represent the scruffy hair on the shoulders were of poor quality. The wire broke off of one and there was no way to fix, or replace it. The diagrams for construction were, at times, hard to interpret and I had to deconstruct several parts and redo them because I had read a picture the wrong way. This could be improved. All of that being said, I did enjoy the challenge and the finished product is impressive. It has taken its place in my gallery of metal models as a testament to perseverance and overcoming adversity.
