This is a late review since I’ve bought the wrm about a few months ago, this allows me to break it in an really see its potential. For reference I’m a sub 15 solver but still mid process of learning full oll, so I kinda need to spam quick oll algs to get sub 15.
I’ll start with the pros of the cube. The cube is definitely capable of competing with other main level cubes. The performance is at a premium level, the spring tensioning was pretty fun to play with and the design was sleek.
A few things can make this even better though.
The plastic used seemed very thin and less dense making it seem somewhat fragile. It would be better to use a plastic that is more solid too make it feel sturdy making the user more confident in turning.
I won’t go into much detail with magnets since preference changes from person to person, but personally though I found it to be just too weak to the point of non existence. I remedied the magnet issue by swapping out the corner magnets with N45 4x2 and had to surgically place them in the right spots. This made it more stable, more controllable and more fun to use.
I can’t say for certain that this is my main (modded version), there are times where I feel like this is the best cube and other times where I prefer my other cubes, so I’m a bit unsure about this cube.
The cube is fast and has weaker magnets .The cube was very reliable the corner cuting is very good but the thing I don't like is the weaker magnets the magnets serve their job but sometimes I've just get lock up but still the cube is good and love the dual adjustment system with it it's just simple but good.It can still stand to those Flagships cubes out there .
Simply it’s an amazing cube ,, in less than 24 hours it became my main cube
Very smooth and stable direct from the box . Just added 2 drops of oil and was ready to surf
